My left leg that surgery 3 times

My left leg thigh hip bone broken that surgery 3 times can't be straight and when I walk wearing shoes or sandals slipery and a support walking chair because my left leg looks shorter than my right leg and I limp and my body leans to the left unbalanced. In the gymnasium when I practice gymnastics lifting my left leg and right leg up I lie on the bed I can't lift my left leg normally. The physiotherapy hand lifts my left leg up.
